Suitability/About

The Harry Dabbs Avant Jump Saddle is designed for riders who demand balance, close contact, and freedom of movement over fences. Built on the innovative IB tree, this saddle accommodates horses with a broader back and flatter topline, offering comfort without restricting shoulder movement. The forward-cut flap supports a secure jumping position, while the panel design ensures even pressure distribution for optimal performance.

Best suited to: Horses with a flatter, wider back profile who need extra room across the shoulders.

Important Note: Saddle fitting is crucial. While a saddle model may be designed for a specific horse type, it's always recommended to have a professional saddle fitter assess both the horse and rider to ensure the best possible fit.
