About This Saddle

The Kent & Masters S-Series Dressage is a premium dressage saddle designed for riders who value support and stability in their dressage position. This saddle features a true, deep dressage seat combined with a adjustable thigh block that provides exceptional comfort and security for the rider.

Suitability for Horse Conformations

The "MDM" is built on their Standard Wither tree. It is designed for horses with a medium wither profile (not a high-withered Thoroughbred and not a flat-backed Cob).

Key Features & Benefits

  • Deep Dressage Seat: Encourages a secure, centered position ideal for dressage training and competition
  • Velcro adjustable Thigh Block: Provides stability and support without being restrictive, allowing for natural leg movement
  • Changeable Gullet System (R-Bar): This saddle uses the SimaTree S-Bar (the longer gullet bar). You can swap the bars yourself to change the width from Narrow-Medium up to Extra Wide-Extra Wide.
  • Flexible Girthing Options: Three possible girthing arrangements help optimize saddle stability and fit
  • 100% British Wool Flocking: Natural wool provides superior softness and comfort, molding quickly to the horse's back for optimal panel contact
  • Handmade in England: Crafted by qualified Master Saddlers using traditional saddle-making techniques

Important Note: Saddle fitting is crucial. While the S-Series Dressage is designed for specific horse types, it is always recommended to have a professional saddle fitter assess both the horse and rider to ensure the best possible fit and comfort.
